Inter-Ministerial Consultative Committee (IMCC)
The Border Management Authority (BMA) Inter-Ministerial Consultative Committee is established by Section 24 of the BMA Act, 2020. The mandate of the Committee is to oversee the effective operation of the BMA; and make decisions regarding the execution of the Authority.
The Committee is chaired by the Minister of Home Affairs and comprises of the following members:
Border Technical Committee (BTC)
The Border Technical Committee is established by Section 25 of the BMA Act, 2020. The mandate of the Committee is to oversee the effective operation of the BMA.
The Committee is both a decision making and oversight body and has the authority to make decisions regarding the execution of the Authority. The Committee is chaired by the Commissioner of the BMA and comprises of the following members.
